Meet me
Based in Zürich
Designing where thoughtful spatial storytelling meets digital experiences that feel easy and alive.

01 / ORIGIN STORY
I didn't start my career in a design studio. I started in public space. Landscape architecture taught me the social side of space, and growing up in Mexico I watched culture leave the venues and take over the streets: concerts, fairs, exhibitions in the open air. I did a Master's in ephemeral spaces to design exactly that. Then film and TV opened a door, and for years I built places that lived for a few weeks and disappeared. That taught me to be pragmatic: meet every deadline without losing the idea or the quality. And it taught me that you can build a whole world out of thin air, as long as the people inside it believe it.
In Switzerland, theatre became my stage, from touring and independent productions to established houses. Every story needed a space to be told, and I learned to design a closer, more intimate relationship between the audience and the stage. Digital was the next room. Today I bring that same thinking to screens: where people pause, what pulls them forward, what stays with them when they leave. It's what I call designing the whole visit.
02 / PHILOSOPHY
01
Guide, don't explain
Light, scale, contrast, rhythm. On a stage or a screen, the eye should know where to go. If the path needs instructions, the design isn't done yet.
02
On stage, everything the audience sees tells the story. A screen is no different. If it doesn't help, it goes.
03
Every set has its own rules, and the audience believes it because nothing breaks them. Colours, type, materials, motion: pick the language and keep it from the first moment to the last.

05 / THE HUMAN SIDE
Outside the screen, I maintain a live relationship with physical world.

In the mornings I either take a coffee alone in a place I love or with friends and a conversation that runs long. Either way, it's my favourite part of the week.

Improv Classes
I take improv for the fun of it. It keeps me listening, reacting fast, and saying yes to an idea before judging it. Also making new friends :)

Teaching Stage Design
I teach stage design classes, and I love it. Seeing a student's idea go from a messy sketch to a small model on the table never gets old. Their energy keeps me curious.
